Resolved Issues:
I had sent my paper work directly to the insurance company and hadn't made any copies. So when they came back and said that I wouldn't be reimbursed I was furious, unfortunately I couldn't do much as I had no copies. Luckily Expat Medical Insurance had a back up of the document I needed and helped me to successfully file the claim.
